The Opportunity We are looking for a dynamic, tech-savvy Sales & Business Development Manager to join IVORY’s Sales Outsourcing team. In this role, you will work as a pair with a Solutions Architect to represent a portfolio of leading global media technology brands in the French market and beyond. You will act as a local champion for our international partners—developing opportunities with broadcasters, media groups, and digital players; supporting channel relationships; and helping shape go-to-market strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage sales pipelines and commercial opportunities for represented technology vendors across France, Belgium & Luxembourg.
  • Lead both direct and indirect sales activities, from prospecting to closing.
  • Support and engage channel partners; act as Channel Manager when needed.
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to define and execute demand generation campaigns.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and demos to senior stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Represent IVORY and its partners at industry events and trade shows.
  • Provide regular updates to the CEO and partner stakeholders on business development progress and forecasts.
  • Prepare commercial proposals, tender responses, and RFP documents.
  • Work within our CRM to manage leads and report performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in sales/business development, preferably within the Broadcast, Post-Production, or MediaTech space.
  • Strong network within the French media and broadcast industry.
  • Proven experience in international environments or with global vendors.
  • Fluent in French and English; other languages (e.g., Spanish or German) are a plus.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and CRM-driven sales discipline.
  • BA or BS degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
