Sacem is the leading European Collecting Society for Music. New challenges and a fierce competitive environment forced Sacem to renew the relationship with its 150K members.
IVORY supported Sacem in launching “Sacem Plus”, a loyalty program specifically designed to answer the needs of music authors, composers and editors, in terms of professional development.
As a first step, IVORY benchmarked similar initiatives in other collective societies (Europe and the USA) and investigated to collect the music authors needs with interviews & workshops.
Based on these findings, IVORY lead the following actions:
- Business Development: 100 key partners identified in 6 different industries, 16 global
- partnerships negotiated and master agreements written and finalized
- Project Management and customer journey on Sacem websites
- Communication: branding, graphics guidelines, newsletters and press releases
Achievements: 10 000 subscriptions in 6 months
